A great balance between portability and extra room.
Stepping up to the 370 gives you additional internal space while retaining the easy handling and transportability that makes the Explorer range so popular. The 370E features Quintrex's Eclipse Hull and a one-piece external Solid T Keel, making it particularly well suited to anglers regularly loading their boat onto a ute or cartopper setup.
It's a versatile size for two-person fishing trips, exploring rivers and lakes or setting up as a lightweight fishing tinnie without moving into a significantly larger boat.

At around 3.9 metres, the Explorer starts becoming a particularly versatile fishing and family tinnie. The 390E uses Quintrex's Eclipse Hull, providing good manoeuvrability, handling and stability, while its four-person capacity gives it considerably more versatility for family outings and fishing trips.
For anglers wanting something more fishing-focused, the F390 Explorer uses Quintrex's Fighter Series Hull with wider chines, increased usable space and a sharper entry for a softer ride.

The biggest and most capable of the standard Explorer sizes.
The F420 Explorer takes the traditional tinnie concept and gives you substantially more room and capability. At approximately 4.4 metres long with the Fighter Series Hull, there's more space for anglers, fishing gear and passengers while still retaining the straightforward, economical nature of an Explorer.
It's an excellent choice for someone wanting a proper trailerable fishing tinnie for rivers, lakes and estuaries without stepping up to the additional features and expense of larger dedicated fishing boats.

The easiest way to think about it is that the Explorer is the classic lightweight tinnie, while the Outback Explorer is designed to add extra depth and capability for more adventurous use.
The standard Explorer prioritises simplicity, light weight and easy handling, making it ideal for protected waterways, cartopping, tender duties and general fishing.
The Outback Explorer adds deeper sides and greater freeboard. Depending on the model, the Outback range also incorporates Quintrex's Fighter Series Hull, a wider beam and increased deadrise. The F350 Outback, for example, has around 80mm more freeboard than the standard Explorer, while the larger F390 Outback has approximately 100mm higher topsides.
That makes the Outback Explorer the better choice for anglers wanting more internal depth, extra security and a more substantial small-boat feel, particularly when travelling, carrying additional gear or exploring larger waterways.
